I ship from my studio in Stockholm, Sweden and generally ship orders within 5 business days.

All over the globe!
How is my order shipped?
Packages to all countries are all sent from Sweden with the Swedish Post. You will receive an e-mail once your order has been processed and then one once it has been packed and is ready to ship.
Customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. Jenni’s Prints is not responsible for these fees.
Please keep in mind that for customers within EU, sales tax will be added to your purchase. Sales tax is 25%.
How long does the shipping take?
Shipping from Sweden within the EU 5-28 working days.
Shipping from Sweden to United States/Canada 7-28 working days.
Shipping from Sweden to Australia/New Zealand: 10-35 working days.
Can I track my order?
At this time Jenni’s Prints do not offer tracking numbers, due to the extra cost with the Swedish post.
Do you offer express shipping?
At this time Jenni’s Prints do not offer express shipping.
My order arrived but an item was missing or damaged.

It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t gotten my order?
Don’t panic! Some orders need a bit of extra time to find themselves on the right path, they usually turn up within the estimated delivery time.
Now it’s been a month and still nothing!
Please bare in mind that Jenni’s Prints is a fairly small company, we can’t accept responsibility for orders that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after 28 working days please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to work something out.
What's your return policy?
Send an e-mail to email@example.com if you're unhappy with the item you ordered. You will pay for the return shipping.
